We are contracted with most Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) and Medicare. Please note that co-payment and/or deductable is due at the time of service.

Please contact our billing service if you are having difficulty paying your bill so that arrangements can be made.

 

Patients sent to collections will be terminated from the practice.

 

I am no longer a provider for United Health as of July 1 2010. In September 2011 United began sending letter to members informing them of this. Why United waited over 14 months to do so is anyone's guess. However, most, if not all of my United patients have been able to call United and request an exception to see me at no additional cost to the patient, as I am the only endocrinologist for over 80 miles.

This is also usually true for other insurance companies where I am not a provider, for the same reason.
